Payments after 3:30pm, on weekends or Court Holidays will be recorded the next business day. Payments after 3:30pm will not stop a same day scheduled license suspension and you will be liable for the additional $45 fee.
Tickets are received from the issuing police agency one business day after the ticket was issued on. If your ticket/case does not appear, check back the next business day. Criminal cases that are non-public or include restitution as part of the fines and costs cannot be paid online. Cases before the year 2000 cannot be paid online.

Certain cases may include "Costs of Prosecution" for which you would be billed directly from Ottawa County's Fiscal Services Department (and must be paid directly to their office.) These costs are separate and in addition to fines, costs, restitution or probation oversight fees assessed by the Court.
